Couldn't imagine a better experience! Just bought my 1st Mercedes & looked at every luxury brand out there for the past 2 months. What brought me back to Tysinger Mercedes-Benz was how I w Just bought my 1st Mercedes & looked at every luxury brand out there for the past 2 months. What brought me back to Tysinger Mercedes-Benz was how I was treated from the moment I stepped out of my car that I was looking to trade. Khaled was waiting for me on the sidewalk & had a selling style that I appreciated. He was professional, listened to my needs to fit me in the proper vehicle & worked with my budget. He never tried to get me in something outside of what I could spend, nor pushed the leasing option on me in order to get a "lower payment" like many others try to do. I was clear that I would be trading & buying....he heard that the 1st time. I was taken on a brief tour to see the service dept & be introduced to the team. It's a beautiful building & received a warm welcome. We ended in the sales waiting area where I was not only offered a snack & beverage, but was introduced to the Sales Mgr, Brian & the GM, Keith. They were all so genuine & made me feel a part of their family. I fell in love w/ the ML350 on a test drive. All incentives were put on the table & was told how I could get the best price. I was offered a very fair trade on my vehicle that I was thrilled with. There was no haggling on the new purchase. I did my homework & knew what a great price would be, so pleasantly surprised when that was offered. Everything was put into writing & there were no surprises. I left the dealership & the vehicle I wanted sold a couple hours later. I did not put down a deposit. I was called immediately & made aware of this. The management team then went to work offering me other options for immediate delivery. They found the exact SUV I wanted in color & options to my surprise the next business day. This time I put a deposit down! I was called when it came off the truck & took delivery on it a few days ago. My salesperson was out on a family emergency & this team truly works as one. Khaled was on the phone with me several times as he headed out of town. I took delivery with Dhruv. You never would have even guessed that he wasn't the person receiving the sales commission. This team is just amazing! He stepped in with a can-do attitude & treated us like gold. He even entertained our daughter & treated her like a Princess when we had to take care of paperwork/financing. 1st class operation! Miles handled our financing & it was a seamless process. Like everyone, a pleasure to work with. No surprises & so many options were presented. Being a business owner & a salesperson, I do want to take a minute to recognize the leadership of this organization. I did not meet M. Tysinger but did interact a lot w/ the GM, Keith. A well run organization is the result of great leadership & it was clear from the beginning that this was a well led team. I will only buy my cars from Tysinger & will refer everyone I know looking for a vehicle. Thank you for a wonderful experience & for making it possible for me to get this beautiful ML! More

Substantial Maintenance on an ML350 We had a major scheduled maintenance conducted, immediately followed within a couple days of corrective maintenance on two engine systems. This resulted in the requirement of several days without the vehicle. Our schedules are extremely busy from morning to after 5pm. Tysinger had ample appointments available which allowed dropoff in early morning. They had loaner vehicles on both occasions ready and waiting, making the dropoff quick. The Service personnel show genuine concern for the customers, and it shows with the professional attitudes and swift processing of the documentation. The overall maintenance was costly, but Brett and they young lady explained every detail of the maintenance and repairs. I forgot the young lady's name, but she had the excellent personality and very knowledgeable. The young man processing the loaner vehicles was outstanding. He explained all aspects of the loaner vehicle and his great personality was also absolutely refreshing in the morning. Brett was outstanding as usual. Going forward, this is why my wife and I are lifelong Tysinger fans. Thank you for your outstanding service department. They make our lives easier. As a business owner, I constantly critique other businesses. Your processes are refined and your employees are exceptional. I do not dread having maintenance done on my wife's vehicle. More

I even purchased an overnight Mercedes Benz travel bag. I left feeling very confident that everything was in good hands. I really didn't like the loaner. It was hard for me to get in & out, it rode hard and the brakes had a hair trigger. Thank goodness it was only for a day. My automobile was ready for pick up on time, gleaming. Mr. Phillips gave me the bill, we went over what was done and I was ecstatic. Everything was so smooth, calm and professional. Just a calming relief knowing everything was going to be handled professionally, accurately and quickly. Everyone is so friendly.
