However, as soon as we arrived and Mitch introduced himself, he went straight to work by asking us what we were interested in, and quickly established rapport with both of us. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant, we felt right at home. He truly wants the customer to know all that he knows about the vehicle! When we went inside for the paperwork, everyone there seemed to be just as nice and attentive! Even other employees would greet us! When Thomas Duckwall came in to speak with us, he too spoke business in terms that are easily understood, and professional and so down to earth.
