He was professional. knowledgeable, and positive. I felt he had my best interest at hand and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The vehicle and the necessary paperwork were waiting for me when I arrived, as he had promised. I also had several conversations, with JP Mancini II during the process of locating the appropriate vehicle. I felt that he, like Trey-Lin, was doing everything he could to locate a vehicle with which I would be satisfied. However, my experience with Finance was less than satisfactory. The finance employee would not discuss rates and payment options until I came to take delivery of the vehicle. Neither did he provide information I requested about extended warranty packages prior to delivery of the vehicle. Therefore, I secured the loan and extended warranty through my credit union. More

If he was not at Tysinger, I cannot say that I would return. Even when he does not take care of my auto repair needs, he will take the time to ask how I am and how things are going..When I just recently ran into a major snag at the dealership, he inquired and did not end our conversation until I walked to the loaner smiling...even after the Service Dept was closed.
