My experience with classic Honda Midland was wonderful these guys really know their stuff got me into a car that I could afford at a payment that was right for me these guys really know their stuff got me into a car that I could afford at a payment that was right for me More
Gréât folks. They were fair with prices and didn’t pull any of those typical car dealer tactics that everyone hates. I will buy again from there. any of those typical car dealer tactics that everyone hates. I will buy again from there. More
Picked me up at the airport, the truck was exactly what had been described. Everything went smooth on the transaction, and I was on my way with a new truck. had been described. Everything went smooth on the transaction, and I was on my way with a new truck. More
I have ordered parts for my Honda, and after weeks there has been very poor communication, and my parts are consistently not there. This does not appear to be a problem with the employees, but with Honda di has been very poor communication, and my parts are consistently not there. This does not appear to be a problem with the employees, but with Honda directly. Update: After more time waiting, I come back (after not receiving a phone call AGAIN) to find that my parts had been sold to a different customer. This after about 30 minutes of searching the backroom before checking the actual delivery status (or following sales) of the parts. Which makes me believe that they need to revamp their process for the parts room because 1) they could find out whether the parts are even there before spending 20+ minutes checking, and 2) it takes so long to find the parts that are there, that they can't even be sure where to find them for 20 minutes.
