The Genesis Experience - Part I Sales staff were friendly, focused on my needs since I had done some research. The "Genesis experience", being so early in the process of spin-off to separate branding/facilities, is not up to the standard of the "Lexus experience" for example, and that is understandable at this stage of the game. However, I understand this is not in the complete control of the dealership and needs some time to develop. The basic are there in terms of the buying experience, but the sharing of physical facilities with the entire Hyundai line lowers the bar. More

The car was clean and an accurate representation from what was on their website. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Nick Waterbury. Nick was super friendly and courteous. He listened well and in my first minute of meeting him, I knew we were in good hands. Nick worked to get us the price we were looking for with little effort. His manager, Chuck, was just as courteous and helpful. My fiancee had been pre-approved and had an excellent rate. Chuck asked us for the opportunity to beat the rate and did so by over a quarter of a percent. I've purchased lots of cars, and I've never before had such an effortless and pleasurable car buying experience. These two are real professionals and I recommend them to anyone.
