I had an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I did arrive 10 minutes early. I did not understand why it took over two hours to complete the work. From initial check in to check out and keeping me informed with a progress report personnel team. Didn't pad my bill with extra items i didn't need. I was allowed to use my Buick Points toward final bill and the check out clerk assisted with the process. I will definitely return fir future services. The sales personnel friendly and not pushy.
