I came to Carter not expecting to leave with a car that day just wanted to see what was out there, but once I got there crystal was great. Got a new car within budget and they were all very nice and helpful. I even had a sticker of my dad on my car and it wasn’t reusable. Crystal went out of her way to put it on some nicer paper and laminate it for me so I would still have. Never had that kind of experience at any other dealership I’ve ever been to. Definitely above and beyond the average dealership for sure.

Im sure everyone is great but I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mateo Muniz would definitely recommend him to anyone! INCREDIBLE vehicle sales man! Caring and compassionate in his job. Will not just try and sell you something for the “sale”. He will sit down and doesn’t care if it takes hours talk with you about what type of things you are wanting/ needing in a vehicle. Then once he finds that perfect vehicle for you, he will work with other amazing team members to get the best price and options possible. Last year I purchased my vehicle (2025 equinox) from here and tacked on quite a bit of highway miles due to so many medical appointments out of town. Absolutely LOVED this vehicle. But due to medical reasons a truck was now required to better suit what I needed as in towing. I was fully prepared to be turn downed when I asked to trade back a compact suv with a lot more miles than it left with for somehow getting a truck. Instead they were very understanding and very sympathetic to everything I had going on. Absolutely incredible teamwork and Mateo yet again spent hours and even stayed past closing to make sure all of my needs and qualifications I wanted in a vehicle were met. Was never once felt rushed either. The person who does all the financing options will literally bend over backwards calling and trying to get you the lowest APR and payments possible (way cheaper than a bank I found out with our first time around). Then they also have a guy who handles all the added warranties now which is at unbeatable costs as well for everything that is covered. All staff I’ve come across there is respectful, caring, and professional. I could not be happier with Mateo and his coworkers! not once but twice now have they helped me find exactly what I’m needing. Thank you so much, made my husband and my life significantly less stressful and easier. Did I mention they did this all in one day! Actually less than 3hours! Fast, efficient, and hits the nail with the hammer on finding exactly what you want. We took our car in for a service.Noticed we had a head light out and opened hood.Had to remove air box and found dog food all in it from pack rat.Also all through the engine bay evidence of pack rat easily viewable to someone servicing.The air filter was never recovered or they would seen the dog food.Called dealership and the service manager said someone probably got lazy due to the heat and just didn't check it.This is unacceptable anywhere.

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! - golfpayne

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

Brent offered to locate a truck for me, I was in a bit of a hurry and didn’t have the time. He called me a few min after I left and had located one. The next day I found one at another dealer that checked all the boxes. If yall would have had one on the lot I would have purchased it. Very friendly salesman at frontier.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! Let me start by saying that I bought my car at Marc Heitz in 2008 and have serviced it since then at Marc Heitz. I've noticed the customer service level go down especially within the last year. I attempted to take my car in for an oil change three times, two of those times I was told they didn't have any time and that I would have to bring in my car some other time. I called on the third attempt and was told to bring my car in at 1 pm and that they would take care of me, and that it will be in and out. I bring in my car and wait for 2 hours for them to change my oil and fix my headlight. Sunday comes around and I realized the headlight that I just paid $55 for them to fix is STILL not working. Ugh! I bring it in the following Saturday, and am informed that the tech said it was working before I left and that I'm looking to spending another 2 hours for them to fix the headlight. Okay, I tell them fine I just really need it fixed that day - I've already paid for it and don't want to get a ticket in the interim. I sit down in the service area and the more I think about it the more I become enraged. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, I paid for a service that I obviously didn't receive, they tell me that it was working before I left and now I'll have to spend a total of 4 hours for a headlight change. At that moment I think - I don't want them to touch my car if this is how they go about fixing their errors and providing service. I go to the clerk and tell her I would like my car back and that I'm taking it somewhere else to be fixed. I'm told "Oh their working on it right now" yeah no, I want my car back now and I would like a refund for the services that I paid for but did not receive. I'm then told that they cannot give me refund because the service manager is the only one that can do that and he's not there. Fine, I leave and pay to have the headlight fixed (again). I ask the tech from the other place, is there any way that the headlight was working and then by chance it stopped working. I'm told no, there's no way. They first asked me if I actually took my care to get serviced or if I tried to have a friend or someone fix it. I said no, I took it to the dealership where I got it. The service tech couldn't believe that the individual who attempted to change my headlight was from a dealership because it looked like whoever tried to change it didn't know what they were doing. He said there was no way it ever worked when they changed it because they didn't snap it into place. Great! That following Monday morning I call the Service Manager and tell him of my experience he takes my name and number and tells me he's going to talk with his guys and give me a call back. It's now 5 days later and I still haven't heard from them. I can't BELIEVE this is the type of customer service I have received after being a loyal customer of 5 years. If they'll treat me like this, they'll treat anyone like this.

I agreed on a price with TTL. I confirmed this twice. Said it was added with the vehicle sales price. Called about my registration funds, and now they claim no-one remembers. Whats so bad the dealer who called back basically admitted it but then tried to back out and pass the buck.
