Since my first purchase at Jim Glover Chevy Lawton, through this one, I have always been greeted, sometimes by name, upon entering the lot or building, offered a drink or snack and directed to the pers through this one, I have always been greeted, sometimes by name, upon entering the lot or building, offered a drink or snack and directed to the person or department that I'm needing. Every purchase I've been through has been quick and easy, with little or no negotiations for the price and payment. Twice, including this time, the specific vehicle was not on the lot, so it was located in a matter of minutes and it was delivered as promised. Currently, my new vehicle has not arrived so I haven't seen it, but I'm confident it'll be what I'm looking for and I'm also confident that if not, the dealership will make it right. My Sales associate, Karen Green, was off and came in to assist me with my purchase. This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased through her and the fifth from Glover. Went in for an oil change (apparently they are by appointment only) there was no one in line in front nor behind me or anywhere else around me but, I was told the wait would be 11/2 hours.
