Brought my Lexus RC F sport in for service, got a cv boot clamp put on replacing the zip tie the prior dealership put on, they even put new grease inside. Driver, after months asking what happened to money, since it wasn't customers , was told by service manager, "It's in Jim Browns Hands"... after writing 2 letters to Jim Brown asking what happened to "money", finally months later...Jim Brown calls him personally on Saturday morning lambasting driver of his inquiries of stating,,, " It's in Jim Browns Hands "...feelings hurt... never attempting to find answers,,, only to have driver dismissed from his duties,,, and "money", never accounted for,,, Go Figure...
