Great sense of humor and very knowledgeable about the MX5 and I'm sure the rest of the Mazda line. I do not like car salesmen as a norm but this guy made me feel important as a person. Abby was more driven to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for rather than the sale and he delivered. He made sure (as a surprise to me) the car was front and center in all its glory inside the middle of the show room floor when I arrived. First time and I have bought a bunch of NEW cars. All the rest of the staff were TOP NOTCH. Abby took his time before the sale through E-mail and on the phone, during and after hours. 100% effort. I ended up with the exact car I wanted at a good price. A fair trade is no robbery.
