The management at Classic Mazda does not care about their customers. My screen stopped working and nothing in the manual could explain it. I called Classic Mazda service and they said I had to bring it in fo customers. My screen stopped working and nothing in the manual could explain it. I said surely there must be something I can try first--such as a button someplace--before dedicating an entire afternoon to servicing. They said no, I must bring it in. So I brought it in and, guess what: the service tech just pressed a button on the dash. Apparently, the volume button doubles as a screen on-off switch, but for some reason the manual doesn't say this. An afternoon wasted because Classic Mazda management apparently puts no effort into considering their customers' time. More

Worst Mazda Dealer ever, They wanted to charge over $1060 to install 4 TPMS sensors in my daughters wheels. Sensors at Mazda Direct where $85, another local dealer had them for $120 plus install.
