This was my first time taking my Mazda 3 to this location. Amazing outstanding service from the moment I pulled up through leaving at the end. They send you a video tour of your vehicle they walk un location. Amazing outstanding service from the moment I pulled up through leaving at the end. They send you a video tour of your vehicle they walk under it show you everything they are checking. Service was fast very good prices at least for what I had done they go as far as putting a cover over your steering wheel and your key fob into a baggie to keep them safe from grease and all.i will be considering this my cars new home for servicing. Thanks to the entire team at Classic Honda for caring about the customer and making them feel like part of the family!! More

Mazda has always provided outstanding quality service, but this time the young new mech's shaky and inaudible video was not an optimal presentation. The manager was shown the video and was going to addres but this time the young new mech's shaky and inaudible video was not an optimal presentation. The manager was shown the video and was going to address the customer service product personally. Also, a few miles down the road, I had to return to address the new Tire Pressure Warning light. This took a few brief minutes to remedy, but I still had to return to be completely satisfied. Please retrain so this easy oversight could be eliminated in the future. More
