Offer a service that can't provide. I was told that a loaner car would be available if it was needed during service and oil changes. I can't take time off from work to wait around for the car so I would loaner car would be available if it was needed during service and oil changes. I can't take time off from work to wait around for the car so I would need a loaner. I've had to change the appointment 5 times now because there's never a loaner available. My car is 1K miles over the limit and still going, their response is to just keep changing to a later date every time. More
