Brought my Mazda3 in for service after poor experiences elsewhere. I pulled in to drop off for my appointment, completed the necessary paperwork, and pulled out of the lot in a premium CX5 loaner vehicle a elsewhere. I pulled in to drop off for my appointment, completed the necessary paperwork, and pulled out of the lot in a premium CX5 loaner vehicle all in a span of 15 minutes. Estimate for work needed was received later that day as promised by my advisor Lenny, and everything looked good. I was able to communicate with Lenny via text throughout the week, never having to wait more than 15-30 minutes for a response. Vehicle needed one more day than originally expected when I received the estimate, but since I had a car that was no problem at all. When I went to pick up, it was again a smooth process and final invoice came in almost 20% less than the quote which was a nice surprise. I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone needing their Mazda serviced and will definitely be returning for any future service or sales. Don’t bother with the other group in town, the difference is night and day in service and attitude. More

I would give them 6 out of 5 stars to Ian, Jonathan and, Aiesha. Ian and Jonathan helped me out in looking at what I was seeing but were positive and did not put any pressure as it felt like people that car Aiesha. I was looking into purchasing a new SUV but they gave me time such as days and not hours to think about it instead of having buyers remorses. I say this since my experience with other dealers put the pressure that you have to buy now and they don't give people time to think things over. They were helpful and also gave me pointers that helped me as they were honest and transparent. If you are looking for people that will treat you as a human being and not as something for a commission/bonus then they are great people. I saw this even with the other salespeople around that they made people feel comfortable and not pressured. This is also from reading a lot of reviews online which gives them high praise. To Aiesha, she helped me to get Apple Car Play as well as making sure I got a car loaner so that I can travel while my car was getting Apple Car Play. She did communicate professionally and made sure to give reminders when need so that I do not feel I was getting a lot of messages. I will look in the future going back to them also, if you are a Costco member they have a lot of specials since I think they are the only Mazda dealer that works with Costco. If the three of them see the message, thank you for the great experience and will keep going back for car maintenance such as oil change and tire rotations. More
