I dropped the car off early in the morning & Norman got me to work. By lunch my car was ready, Norman picked me up & Julie had everything ready when I arrived. Julie Rose is always pleasant and is able to get me in and out I have been using Classic Mazda for my routine and remedial service needs since 2004. Julie Rose is always pleasant and is able to get me in and out of the dealership expeditiously, even without a prior scheduled appointment. She is thorough and understandable in explaining what service work needs to be performed and offers options for this work if available. The work is always performed correctly, and in those instances where there were minor issues, these have been resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. A great benefit is the ability to be dropped off at work and picked back up when my car is ready from a very friendly Mazda associate - "Norm". Although there is another Mazda dealership close to my home, Julie Rose and Norman are the sole reason that I have my service work performed at Classic Mazda! Visiting is always a pleasurable experience! More
Excellant service from Daniel Carey at Classic Mazda Daniel sold the CX5 to me in May of 2014. He is now my service advisor. He has always been courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable about my car. He sees to it I get the service done and explains what will be done and why and I like that he prints out a VIN report to let me know of no recalls etc. Peace of mind! When he called and said my car was ready, it started to rain. By the time I got to the dealership it was pouring torrents. But Daniel ran out in the rain and drove my car in under the covering for me...service with a smile and so nice to boot. He is a real gem!! And a real gentleman. Hold onto him. More

Extendsed Warranty Service When I had my regular service several weeks ago, Julie Rose mentioned to me that there had been power brake issues with my year and model Mazda. So when I started having issues with the brakes I knew what it was and took it to her to get it corrected. Service experience was excellent including Julie getting me a rental car so I did not have to wait several hours at the dealership. Got my car back same day and now no issues and it was covered by an extended warranty. More
