I told him the kind of car that I was looking f I had a wonderful experience at Classic Mazda! Upon arriving at the lot, I was greeted by Bob Newland. I told him the kind of car that I was looking for (Mazda3), and he had no problem helping me out. I test drove a used Mazda3 hatchback and then a used red Hyundai Elantra that caught my eye before deciding I wanted to check out the new 2015 Mazda3’s. While I was test driving the 2015 Mazda3, Bob took the care and time to go through all of the features of the car with me, showed me how to use the Bluetooth system, showed me where all of the cup holders were located, showed me how to use the infotainment system, and answered all of my questions. After test driving the 2015 Mazda3, I knew it was the right car for me. From there, I was never pressured to add-on any services I didn’t want, and Bob gave me plenty of time to think over my decision. After I purchased the car, Bob took the time to sit down with me in the car to make sure I understood how to utilize all of the features of the car before I drove off the lot. My experience at Classic Mazda was great, from test driving cars with Bob Newland to meeting Heath Patterson and even talking to the guys in the finance department. I would recommend Classic Mazda to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience. More

Great experience! I was recently interested in trading in my Mazda 3 for a newer model. I visited central FL dealerships from Melbourne to Clearwater. I prefer to drive a car with manual transmission, a feature that is often difficult to find. Some dealers had only 1 or 2 cars with manual transmission in stock while other cars that I was interested in had to be shipped from other dealerships. After having visited without success at least 5 other Mazda dealerships, I decided to check out Classic Mazda. First, I checked their prices online. The car that I was interested in was priced almost $3000.00 under MSRP. When I arrived at Classic Mazda, I was pleasantly surprised that they did not hesitate to honor their online price. Moreover, I was able to test drive cars with different colors, trim levels, and options; their inventory is excellent. Upon entering Classic Mazda, I was greeted by salesperson Lauren Albig. After telling Lauren the car that I was interested in, she pulled it up and I test drove it. Test driving the car with Lauren was awesome; I felt like I was hanging out with a friend, not doing a business transaction. I think what really helps the atmosphere of this dealership is the fact that the salespeople are not paid based on commission but rather on volume; therefore, my whole experience with Lauren was extremely pleasant. At no time did I feel pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable in any way. I would recommend that those who are considering purchasing a car should stop by and chat with Lauren at Classic Mazda. More

I live almost 50 miles away from this dealer BUT the trip to buy my new car was worth it. It is the very first time that we buy a vehicle and my wife and I feel we REALLY got the BEST deal we could get. First time we feel that the car sale people was not trying to squeeze every penny from us. A Pretty straight process. I had my doubts about the internet price of the vehicle. I have already experienced that you see an online price and then suddenly "you don't qualify for all the rebates" or "we just added this package to the vehicle" or "the car is in the process of being sold to another person"...etc.etc.... when you are actually at the dealer premises. This time was exactly as I saw it online. No back and forth negotiation and no extra "features" pitch sales.. The level of service?.......FABULOUS!!!! This is Something that needs to be copied by other dealers.. I usually write reviews just to complain or to make aware other consumers of something that has happened to me, but this time, it is also different, it is to give a compliment to ALL the personnel involved in the transaction. Everything is up front and honest and done quickly and correctly. I have owned 2 new Mazdas and any work they have ever needed (very little as they are so well-built) has only been done at Classic Mazda East. I have 162,000 miles on my CX7 and Aiesha keeps it running just like it did when I bought it here brand new 7 years ago! More

On each vehicle there is a bottom line price, discounted from MSRP, and that is what you pay, plus taxes, tag and a reasonable delivery charge. This is the first time in 30 years of purchasing vehicles I didn't have to haggle the price to get a better deal. What an experience!! We were looking to trade in our old vehicle and after being shown how their process works, no shady stuff in a back room, we were pleased with a reasonable and fair value for our trade in. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. We even received a free dozen of roses for my wife, since we were still on the Valentine's Day weekend. I would highly recommend purchasing a new vehicle from Classic Mazda East. More

She explained everything they were doing to my car and kept me up to the minute with the progress of the service. She even presented me with estimates for other services I need with my car. In addition to Julie, I was helped by Bob Newland. He helped me figure out different prices on new cars, as well as, figuring out the payments for a new car. More
