We apologize for the frustration and lack of communication you experienced during your repair process. We understand how upsetting it is to be without your vehicle for an extended period of time, especially when expectations and updates were not communicated clearly. With older vehicles, parts availability and additional issues discovered during repairs can sometimes create unexpected delays, but we recognize we should have done a better job keeping you informed throughout the process. We had to locate parts which delayed the repairs because parts are obsolete from Mazda being a 2007. Once the pcm started running correctly the check engine light came back on because it saw a failure in the catalytic converter.
