This was my first time bringing my Mazda SUV to this dealership for an oil change. I was hoping to get a multipoint inspection along with a tire rotation. I had a question about getting a navigation sys dealership for an oil change. I was hoping to get a multipoint inspection along with a tire rotation. I had a question about getting a navigation system which my car doesn’t have. The oil change lasted about 2 hours and that because I noticed my car upfront, they didn’t call me , I went to get it, then they lost my paperwork, no multipoint inspection and no answer to my navigation system question. The used car buying was an excellent experience for my 2023 Mazda CX-5 S Select trim level. I enjoyed working with your entire staff. It was the exact car I was looking for BUT... I was disappointed that 2023 Mazda CX-5 S Select trim level. I enjoyed working with your entire staff. It was the exact car I was looking for BUT... I was disappointed that I didn't get a response (as with other local Mazda Dealers in the area so you're not alone) about adding a Gentex Homelink auto-dimming Garage door opening rearview mirror (0000‑8C‑R06). I WASN'T asking for a freebie or discount, just the actual installation service. I realize 1) It's a low margin job, 2) It involves wiring in the A-pillar which means air bags and air bag clips, but maybe only 1 hour labor 3) Low priority/non-warranty work 4) Probably not even in stock so that's another hurdle. It was a dealer installed option on all new 2023 Mazda CX-5s so the knowledge and labor experience should exist as well. Seriously, all standard: Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross‑Traffic Alert, Smart City Brake Support, Lane Departure Warning System, Lane‑Keep Assist, Mazda Radar Cruise Control & Driver Attention Alert and I have to flick the mirror to block high-beams and use a manual garage door opener? Not cool. Just very disappointing from an otherwise very enjoyable buying experience. More
