The video came at 10:30 saying my car was done and the associate would be with me shortly and no one came. After 45 mins I asked about my car and paid for service. I was told at that point it would be up associate would be with me shortly and no one came. After 45 mins I asked about my car and paid for service. I was told at that point it would be up in a few minutes. It took 45 more minutes for the car to be washed. The previous associate wasn't even at the desk when I asked about my car. I was also told that I had to wait for a wash even though I said I had to go. Took 2.5 hours for service. Including an hour to get it washed. More
