I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mike Mizzi, who is very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, cool, and low pressure. I traded in a 2001 Saab 9-5 wagon for my first Subaru (an Outback). I was really dreading my car-buying experience, but everyone at Subaru of Atlanta, especially Mike, made my experience very pleasant, low pressure, and time-efficient. Also, I love my new Outback! Having purchased many cars through the years, I have never thought of a repeat purchase until now. Thank you for making car buying just that pleasant and easy. I visited and priced vehicles at three (3) other dealerships in the Atlanta area. One dealership insulted my intelligence (yes, women can do math), another dealership had no sense of urgency (yes, I would like to buy a car today not next week) and a final dealership wanted to argue with me about my own financing (yes, my 1.9% is less than your 2.9%, it does not matter the term length.) Subaru buyers are not the norm and neither is the car. As this car sells itself, I would encourage all other dealers and dealerships to get out of the way and let the car do what you did not. And, if you want a true Subaru buying experiece, I encourage you to call or visit Classic Subaru. More

I live in Savannah and was looking for a Crosstrek. Negotiations with Mike were professional and pleasant; there was never a hard sales pitch, just an effort to see if we get to numbers that would make a deal work out. After we had made a deal on an out-the-door price, Mike sent an e-mail confirming the price with a breakdown of how the out-the-door price was calculated so that when I picked up the car and signed the paperwork there would be no surprises. We drove from Savannah to Atlanta 4 days later and picked up the car and filled out the paperwork. There were no surprises, the pickup was easy, and the experience was very good. When I buy my next Subaru, I will definitely contact Mike first. My purchase from this dealership differed from past car purchases in that there was never a hard sales pitch made and there was never an attempt to add in any hidden fees. In short, it was an easy, honest transaction. More

This was my first Internet car buying experience. Robert Hynson promptly responded to my inquiry, which was followed up by Eric Fritsch, the General Manager. I found this dealership to be "very" competitive when compared to the other three Subaru dealers that I had contacted. After driving the 150 miles from our home in North Carolina, everything that we had discussed and agreed to via email and by phone was exactly what happened in closing the deal. "How refreshing!" Because of the distance, Mia, our golden doodle traveled with us. Mr. Hynson had a water dish, treats, and a resting place waiting for her. The atmosphere at this dealership is different from anything that we had experienced in the past. Everyone we encountered, regardless of their position, seemed to be happy working there. Our experience and observation of Eric was that he was supportive of his staff, never intrusive, and friendly in his approach to us personally, as well as his treatment of his staff. Purchasing a vehicle can be a frustrating experience, especially for seniors. We "almost " can say that we enjoyed it. Since the purchase of our 2013 Subaru Outback, we have recommended this dealership and our salesman, Robert, to our friends and neighbors who have admired our new car. In conclusion, very few salesmen do a follow up after you leave the dealership. So far we have had three calls, one to make sure we got back safely, another weeks later, to see if we had any questions about the car, and the last one to check to see if we had received our Florida registration. I also spoke with Eric a lot and I valued that he was part of the process to ensure I was a satisfied customer. The team was respectful and professional at all times during our negotiations. Eric has really built his team to build "customers for life". I kept changing my mind about the car, the color of the car and the timing of my purchase and they were super patient and respectful of my decision and my time. I never felt rushed into making a decision. When we were playing with the electronic gadgets and we ran into a snag, they grabbed Herman to come lend his expertise and he was super friendly and patient in helping me. I financed the car through Subaru and I was pleased (and a little surprised) that after they presented my options (for vehicle assessories & add on warranties) they did not badger me at all when I declined. I was very, very happy with my entire car buying process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Classic! Working with Eric and Robert was a very refreshing experience. More

We wanted to check out the vehicle to make sure it was exactly what we saw online and then purchase online or over the phone. We had a not-so-wonderful experience last time we purchased a car and did not want to deal with the "pressure" situation that most dealers put you in. We walked in and told the manager exactly what we wanted and he took us in the office and laid out the numbers for us. There was no pressure and it only took about 10 minutes. We were so happy with the way we were treated. They did not want to sell us a car unless we were totally comfortable with the experience. There was no pressure, just honest, helpful people. It was so refreshing! Needless to say, we went ahead and purchased the car at the dealership because of the way we were treated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. We will definitely be lifetime customers. More
