I purchased a used 2014 bmw x3 november 16 2022 I was told the car was in amazing shape I didn’t purchase a warranty because it was 2,800 for 30,000 I My heated steering wheel wasn’t coming on so I to told the car was in amazing shape I didn’t purchase a warranty because it was 2,800 for 30,000 I My heated steering wheel wasn’t coming on so I took the car to the local bmw dealership to have it checked out they did a diagnostics and told me it had two potentially three oil leaks that would cost 4,000 to repair . i was in shock I have had the car 3 months and I have put 1,300 miles on it I was offered an over priced drivetrain warranty for 2,800 for 30.000 miles I declined it because I felt it wasn’t worth it so ( I don’t have a warranty ) I took it back to the dealership to find out why did they sell me this car without repairing it first ? To backtrack I had already came back to the dealership on a previous visit when the service light came on telling me I needed new brake pads. Mind you after purchasing the car three weeks prior. The head over used cars told me I didn’t need break pads they just didn’t know how to reset the service warning message. the manager then sent me to the same bmw dealership that did the previous diagnostics to have them reset the computer in the car . I feel the mechanic department doesn’t know how to work on a BMW properly seeing that it is a Toyota dealership. I was hoping they would try to resolve the problem I even asked them to do their own diagnostics however they declined and told me I should have purchased the warranty. The problem I have with this dealership is they knew it was a leak but didn’t know how to service the bmw properly . there is honor system and they should take responsibility for selling this car without proper maintenance . Anyone would know that puting 1,300 miles on a car didn’t cause 3oil leaks I will get the car fixed but I plan on making sure this never happens again Joie Wallace More

On July 19th my daughter & I purchased a car from this dealership not even 2 weeks there was engine problems with the car. And this dealership has done nothing to assist in the repairs. So basically they dealership not even 2 weeks there was engine problems with the car. And this dealership has done nothing to assist in the repairs. So basically they sold us a crappy car. We are $4600 in repairs cost & the car engine is still having the same problem. I recommend not buying any cars from Hampton Priority Toyota. We were promised this was a reliable car. Now I have a senior in college without a car to get around. More

Poor customer service! ! Put a deposit on a vehicle that we could come to terms with the $5000.00 mark because I found the exact same vehicle in another state with no mark u ! Priorty wouldn't budge and won't give me my deposit back. Their wasn't anything in writing nor was I told that it was nonrefundable. After speaking with the General Manager he said that he would look into it and give me a call and I'm still waiting. Buyer beware!! More

This dealership just sold a 19 year old girl a $40,000 Toyota Corolla. That is actual robbery. The sale person was Paul Parker. Worst dealership every and I purchased over 4 new vehicles from Toyota in California (((where service was AMAZING Hemet Toyota CA))) I have called and even made a scene and still no help!!! Vehicle came in for inspect and left with dead battery, massive fuel leak ((mechanic said surprised it didn’t burn to ground)), the fuel system destroyed! Required new carburetor new fuel filters and pump and gas tank had to be removed and clean due to service not draining tank. The vehicle failed inspection with tons of items even though vehicle was inspected and serviced a year prior at Toyota and vehicle never even place into use because they never fixed windshield leak that I paid to fix. I have spoken with manager and he told me he never runs form issue we’ll buddy you running! This is only a small list of things that has been horrible at this dealership!!! Go to a different city!!! This dealership is garbage!! I can confirm they will take your money and give you excuses I do consider myself lucky as I am blessed enough to absorb a bill for over 1700 hundred dollars to fix all damage created by Toyota of Hampton. If your a regular working man don’t be a victim and let them destroy your life and vehicle by being completely unaccountable for anything they do. All of fuel system ruin by contamination. Common sense you removed tank now fuel leaking and fuel system plugged not their fault of course!!!! Way to go guys your a scam and untouchable More
