Cole was great and the manager was direct and too the point. The car was a Highlander SE CPO.that had the 160 point inspection done. The rotors were rusted but the pads new as well as calipers. Toyota breaking systems are not very good over all but these were renewed. The Remote start that should be standard on this car was not activated and I will see what has to be done to get that running. As for the deal it was done in CLASSIC style. Very busy end of the month day, everyone was hustling and running. Courteous , polite and accommodating. I have been a customer of classic three times and this is probably my last car I will own. More
