I filled out all the paperwork on line before I got there. The car was exactly what I wanted. The process couldn't have been easier or faster. And all the guys from Toyota that worked with me in sales, tech education and finance were so accommodating, friendly and downright funny. I really had a fun day. More

I was referred to our specific salesperson by a friend and business associate who had purchased many vehicles from these folks via our salesperson. Our salesperson was a very pleasant person, and he provided a very detailed test drive, as well as orientation when we finally tool delivery of the vehicle. Everything that was promised was delivered without exception, which is more than I can say about the Toyota dealer in Cleveland Heights where the previous 4Runner was purchased. Although I live in the Heights, I will gladly drive to Mentor instead to deal with Classic again. If you are looking for new 4Runner, or any other Toyota, take the time to check out these folks.
