Our salesperson was a very pleasant person, and he provided a very detailed test drive, as well as orientation when we finally tool delivery of the vehicle. Everything that was promised was delivered without exception, which is more than I can say about the Toyota dealer in Cleveland Heights where the previous 4Runner was purchased. Although I live in the Heights, I will gladly drive to Mentor instead to deal with Classic again. If you are looking for new 4Runner, or any other Toyota, take the time to check out these folks.
