What a Great Team of People When I first started my search for my next leased vehicle, I of course went to the same dealership that I leased my first one thru. I was getting a ru When I first started my search for my next leased vehicle, I of course went to the same dealership that I leased my first one thru. I was getting a run around and then was quoted one monthly price and not even 15 minutes later was told a payment of $15. That was when I started my internet search. The search reached out to several Toyota dealerships. My requirement was that I receive specific info via email only. I didn’t want to be bothered by phone calls. I received emails from several dealerships but ONLY 1 dealership gave me the info I was searching for. Philip McGrath from the internet sales team gave me the Price of monthly payment, a couple different lease terms and what payment would be if I put $0, $1500 or $2,000 down. I had a million questions I threw Phil’s way and he was always very quick to respond. The other dealerships just wanted me to stop in or wanted to call or just send me a link to their website. I could have taken my business with the emailed info I recieved and probably have gotten the same deal near me, but I already felt quite comfortable with Phil and was thrilled that he had made my life so much easier. We drove over 40 minutes to Classic Toyota because of the great customer service Phil provided. When we arrived, Phil came to greet us and introduced us to Brandon Vaughan, Sales and Leasing Consultant. He was gracious and patient with us as we first drove the vehicle that we initially came to see but them of course one in the showroom caught the attention of my husband. So they brought that one out and we test drove that one. After my husband and I were done going back and forth about EVERYTHING, we decided on the vehicle. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he took the time to make sure I knew what everything did and that I was comfortable with working everything. After he was done, he went inside to get the vehicle checklist and came out with a soft cloth to wipe the fingerprints that were made by both him and I while setting things up. Classic Toyota has a new loyal customer! More

Leasing Experience I recently leased a RAV4 from Classic Toyota in Mentor. I was planning to trade in my 2009 Prius which had reached 149,000 miles (and required only r I recently leased a RAV4 from Classic Toyota in Mentor. I was planning to trade in my 2009 Prius which had reached 149,000 miles (and required only routine maintenance with only one minor 1 hour fix incident) but decided I didn't want to commit to five years of payments. Our salesperson Lissandra Mikolajski was extremely knowledgeable and helped me explore all possible avenues. This is a great dealership: from purchase, during service and throughout the trade-in and leasing process. I never felt pressured, only helped on my way to making a decision. Lissandra explained thoroughly all the features of the RAV4 and urged me to come back in at any time if she could be of further assistance. As a result, I'm feeling very comfortable in my new car and am looking forward to another great experience with Classic Toyota.
