Poor Service Quality I have been using this service department for many years and I finally decided to start using another service repair shop as I have found the quality I have been using this service department for many years and I finally decided to start using another service repair shop as I have found the quality of care for my car has been progressively and quickly decreasing. Its pathetic and frustrating how I gave them several chances for a couple minor problems and finally gave up as the final straw was not bolting down the air filter cover properly-they are they only ones I brought my car to so it could only be them...seriously? Talk about not finishing the job properly (other examples: not putting back my glove compartment box properly and I have to return another day, not reprogramming the dash after oil has been changed...). I also finally had it when as a woman coming in alone without a man makes it look like we can get taken advantage of? One of your guys obviously kept looking for a ring several times when I came in to the shop-how about living in this century where a woman can come in alone and actually get the proper care for her car without having to have a man with her to be sure it's done properly? More

Knowledgeable, Friendly, Competitive and Easy to Work With Classic Toyota had the vehicle that I wanted, on the lot, and ready for me to drive. Another Toyota dealership made an offer with some better terms and Classic Toyota matched or bettered those terms with absolutely no hassle. Based on some research, I feel that their offer for my trade-in was reasonable. The salesperson was available at the time of my appointment and was knowledgeable about the vehicle of my choice. After I decided on the vehicle, options and color, Classic Toyota obtained one within a day and it was ready for me to drive. I met several other members of the Classic Toyota staff that I would be interacting with over the course of my ownership. I had a concern about meeting with the finance guy before meeting him but he explained everything so that I understood and there was no heavy pressure to buy add-ons to the vehicle lease. Before leaving, I met with the assistant service manager to discuss a few questions and servicing. More
