Best deal on a 2017 Highlander Limited! Spoke with Rich Lothman several times over the past few months as one of my leased vehicles was about to end in April. I decided on a 2017 Highlander Spoke with Rich Lothman several times over the past few months as one of my leased vehicles was about to end in April. I decided on a 2017 Highlander Limited with AWD. I checked other dealers also, and only one other was willing to discount from the MSRP to a price I felt very happy to get. Classic had the vehicle my wife and I wanted in the right exterior color and interior color, and it also had the second row bench seat which isn't all that easy to find on the XLE or Limited models. The other dealership that did have good prices did not have the exact car in stock and would have to try and find one and trade for it. The salesman Rich Lothman was referred to me by a friend who had purchased several cars from him in the past. Rich was easy going, answered all of my questions with no hesitation, and did a great job presenting the vehicle. I have purchased and leased vehicles from Classic Chevrolet, Classic Ford, Classic Buick/GMC, and now from Classic Toyota. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. Any time I have had to use the service department at any of the dealerships, I have been extremely satisfied with all of them. Hoping the Toyota service department continues the excellent experience, and I have no reason to doubt that they will not. The new car was prepped well and everything was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up late in the evening about 20 minutes before they closed. Never felt rushed with Rich Lothman or in the finance department. More
