Very pleasant experience overall. I have two small children and therefore I do not like to sit in showrooms forever waiting for sales reps and sales managers to determine pricing on cars. For the most part the sales team were accommodating as I was only there for an hour and a half. Maybe it's a sales technique, but, I'd love to get in and get out. You financing guy was great and had all the paperwork ready and it only took fifteen minutes. Nick is young and needs some experience dealing with affluent customers. More

Zack is one of the newest members of the sales team at Classic but you would not have known this had he not disclosed the information to me. This is my first Toyota and I have to be honest that in the beginning of this year I would not have even considered being a Toyota owner. With the loyalty that Toyota has provided to their customers as a whole to ensure safety and service is their core business I decided to "at least" take the Venza for a test drive. Unfortunately, I was forced to sever my relationship with the competing dealership because they expressed that they no longer wanted my business. I just want to say that I wish I had come to Classic before now. The customer service was 5 star and totally exceeded my expectations!!! The other dealership told me 3 years ago that Classic couldn't compete with them on customer service. I should have not listened to them!!! It was great working with my salesman and the GM. They both made us feel as though our business was of great value to the Classic Auto Group. We plan to purchase another vehicle soon and Classic is definitely our first choice!
