i did a lot of research before buying my 2011 scion xb so i knew exactly what i wanted before even stepping foot onto the dealership. i live in cleveland heights so driving in to mentor for the dealership wa i knew exactly what i wanted before even stepping foot onto the dealership. i live in cleveland heights so driving in to mentor for the dealership was pretty far, but my aunt robin cole works in the offices so i came out, and due to my work schedule i couldn't get out there until right before close. brandon worked with me over the phone to start the pre-approval for financing and was very kind when i was a half hour late to our appointment. we went over everything and because of my choice in wanting a manual transmission and navigation system the car needed to be transferred from another dealership and then have the navigation put in separately. brandon and norville did everything they could to keep me informed of what needed to happen and making sure it did in as timely a manner as possible. even when i came to pick it up before work and the navigation was unexpectedly complicated so the car wasn't ready for me to take, brandon drove it out to me all the way in cleveland heights. i felt like he and norville really wanted me to buy the car i wanted and they would do everything they could to ensure that they could make that happen. overall i am extremely satisfied with the customer service. i absolutely love my car and would recommend classic dealerships to anyone i know buying a car. sincerely, breanna keiter More
