I was essentially a walk in for as I called because a part of the heat shield was hanging down. I had called and they fit me in. When I got there and mentioned that I need to schedule an appointment fo part of the heat shield was hanging down. I had called and they fit me in. Anton Osredkar took care of my car when I had a flat on the way to work in 10° weather. He was awesome and I am very grateful. He was kind and efficient and I appreciate him so much. No one checked any fluid levels, and this morning my power steering pump is making noise because it needs to be filled. I'm sure I could have used some windshield washer fluid as well.
