The agent that was assisting me took forever to take care of my maintenance on my car. My vehicle was ready and the rep was just sitting down eating and talking. I got up and went to the desk to pay and even the Hispanic girl I told her I had to go and she stated you have to wait for your agent. Very unprofessional customer service.
