Shady financing practices at the dealership. I wanted to pay cash for the truck. They insisted I use their financing. They assured me there would be no finance charges. I paid the truck off (in full) on the first day that I received a statement from TD Auto and still received the finance charge… despite assurances that there would be no additional fees, finance charges, or early pay off penalties. I asked this question twice. I was assured that if I paid it off on my first bill, that would be no additional fees. I would not buy another vehicle from any of the Clay Cooley dealerships, especially not from CJDR Arlington. Needless to say, I am furious. At this point, I have no recourse other than to warn other potential buyers. I don’t know if TD Auto is complicit in this kickback scheme. However, when I called their customer service to explain the situation, they didn’t care. The dealer also sold me a Ram with a mismatched door panel from another trim. Of course, they replaced the door panel. But now I’m stuck with a panel that rattles when I drive above 30 miles an hour. Note this is a brand new 2025 Ram Limited. More
