Every time I need service done to my Challenger, Mary Franco is always there to greet me and take care of everything I need. Super rude when explaining and sound annoyed that I called after 2 days and hearing nothing to check in. Not sure why they replaced the brake light last year when that was NOT where it was leaking. Totally disappointed in the dealership, no reasonability, responsibility or loyalty to their longterm customers. This is the 2nd truck I purchased there and the 2nd bad experience. Going forward I will not recommend, purchase or have anything serviced here. FYI, after 2.5 days, no cost of service provide, not one estimate, just an attitude. More
