Quick, courteous, and relatively inexpensive. I like being able to make an appointment online and that you were able to take me with only a couple of days notice. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted being able to make an appointment online and that you were able to take me with only a couple of days notice. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the service reps and the overall wait time was minimal compared to other dealers' service departments. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, which was much lower than I expected. Thank you for the great experience! More
Took van in when new, steering wheel was replaced from stitching was bad, they replaced. It was always off, turned to right a bit. Van always steered correct. Took back several times and was told trim guy not in, drove it 32k miles in 1st year and then used very sparingly only for trips for next 4k miles over next 3 years. Only 4 months prior at 35.7k miles, auto park no longer worked. So took in at 36k miles to get them to fix crooked wheel that had been that way since 700 to 1000 miles. They said that the auto park would not work if not aligned and that was why steering wheel crokked. But yet auto park worked all the way up until 35.7k miles. Then said auto park and off button for sensors didn't work cause of my Colgan front end bra (even though all sensors and off button and auto park worked since day 1 new as bra has been on van since day 1 new. I tested van after they did alignment they said would fix electronics, with bra still on.....still didn't work. Then took bra off still didn't work. Then they did an update and it fixed autopark. After all this....I had taken it is for the off set steering wheel and I'll be xxxx, it is still crooked! Even after an alignment! I have bought 13 vehicles from Don Davis and referred to many other buying customers, never an issue. But service has not always been above average for me atleast. I stopped using when I did my first oil change on my ordered Pacifica and 3 idiot techs were trying to pul van on lift and cause of factory running boards one guy was trying to lift up front with trying to lift up by wheel well driver fender! First, you don't lift a Pacifica to do an oil change, 2nd you don't lift a 4k lb vehicle by pulling up on a flimsy fender. I telled at the guy and never went back for service. Only tried over the next year to get my wheel straight, but trim guy was never avail. Not happy after all that my steering wheel is still offset! Nothing but respect for Shannon who runs service, but there is a disconnect I think at the tech level. Audry was very respectful as well, but the techs give every excuse. More
still the one I go to there is still just one 'go to ' place for me for service to my wrangler whether its warranty work or customer pay, and that is don davis . I brought my vehicle in for an issue I was having with the suspens Great customer service I received while I had my vehicle in the service department. I brought my vehicle in for an issue I was having with the suspension, Nick was my advisor and he was great to work with. Very attentive on getting back to me on updates of my vehicle throughout the process. The techs were able to identify the issue and get everything taken care of. All in all a great experience and will continue to take my vehicle for future service at Don Davis CDJR. More
