Good overall but had an issue with a loaner car. I stated when i set appointment i would need one and was told i would get one...at time of drop off i was told i dont need one and i told him if u get stated when i set appointment i would need one and was told i would get one...at time of drop off i was told i dont need one and i told him if u get me to work and back no i wouldn't. Shouldn't have been as hard as it was to get one when i told them from the appointment that it was needed and told i would have it waiting on me. Mis communication caused a bad visit. More
