THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Not only did they not fix my car after receiving over $2,000 of my money, seems like they rigged it to make it worse. Then constantly called asking me to buy a new one. My car drives 100X worse now and the engine light is still on just as it was when I dropped the car off. I took my car to Don Davis 4 times and still the car is stalling, not accelerating normally. They claim they replaced the catalyic converter. Thats a lie. Their whole goal was to ruin my car, not fix it. They want me to buy a new car. I would never buy anything from these scammers. More

Worst experence ever Was told four times my car was ready and it was not. After receiving the 3rd call I retuned to the dealership but it was not ready for another three Was told four times my car was ready and it was not. After receiving the 3rd call I retuned to the dealership but it was not ready for another three days. When I returned a second time to pick up the Jeep, it took 53 minutes to get my Jeep. The Service Adviser did not share a statement or review with me until it has handed to me by the cashier. I believe this repair may have been resolved by simply replacing a key but this was not explored until we also replaced the wireless module in the Jeep. More
