Very professional I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. I was assisted by Conner Dickey and he was very helpful. I talked to him about my 2007 Dodge Caliber having I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. I was assisted by Conner Dickey and he was very helpful. Worst experience. I thought this dealership will be better than others, but the experience was worst. Lack of customer service, technicians need more training. Messed up my trunk! Shannon was nice & awesome no complaints with her. My husband came up there to get my tire changed out I don't understand how the people who work on Shannon was nice & awesome no complaints with her. My husband came up there to get my tire changed out I don't understand how the people who work on the cars don't know what they doing, why did they have to tale my whole trunk apart just to get the jack out the car. Its obvious they didn't know what they were doing because my husband had to walk over there & tell them. Now my trunk compartment is lose & not attached like it was when I originally bought the car. I will be returning so they can fix it. More
