Oil change Everything good. I left my car and I picked up when I was ready. Had no issues. Price was good. I would not do an oil change and wait till done though Everything good. Amazing service At first I went to AutoNation where I got my car from they turned me away. I came to Don Davis and they immediately helped me and put me in a loaner. Dishonest! I told the rep I needed the truck out in a day. He said we could order parts and I said we could schedule when they were not busy. Rep said they weren’t busy, he said they could have it done in a day. After contacting them at the end of the first day rep said they were waiting for a part and that was it. Rep did not say that they didn’t do anything, I had other easy tasks attached to the work order for my truck. Called at the end of the 2nd day, then the rep told me they didn’t accomplish anything. Third day, I went up there and had to wait for an hour before they pulled my truck up. Service is dishonest and I won’t ever try to give them my money. What a joke! More

Misdiagnosis Took my van in because it was stalling when I reduced speed. Was told I would need a $800 tuneup to fix my problem. I’m no mechanic but I knew this was not my problem paid a diagnostic fee and left. I took it to an independent mechanic and he diagnosed it as transmission problems. Paid another diagnostic fee. Left there and took it to another Chrysler dealership who concurred with #2 diagnosis and replaced the transmission. More
