Mark was very efficient and helpful in looking for and verifying the issues that I had with my car, and assured me that it would be looked into as soon as possible. He kept me informed on the progress, and gave me the needed solution to the issues that were happening to my car at that time. He also aided in getting me back to work in a timely manner through the shuttle service that is offered. This freed up my time to get into work and do things that were much needed in my office. Although the service center at Don Davis Chrysler was unable to fix the problem, it was explained that the issue was covered by warrantee and would be best repaired at the Don Davis Nissan Service center. I thank you for your time and considerate manner in which this appointment was handled. More
