Don Davis sucks. It took two hours to get a oil change done. If you have a service contract on your car they will drag their feet all day long. They will also be rude It took two hours to get a oil change done. If you have a service contract on your car they will drag their feet all day long. They will also be rude and unpleasant because they feel that you are getting the work done completely free of charge. I wouldn't recommend Don Davis to anyone for anything. The people in the service department are the most unpleasant people to deal with. More

Really long time to wait for service Dropped of my truck Monday afternoon the 15th for a slow/long start issue on my diesel. I called Wednesday the 17th and the truck had not been looked Dropped of my truck Monday afternoon the 15th for a slow/long start issue on my diesel. I called Wednesday the 17th and the truck had not been looked at yet. Then received a text Thursday the 18th at 9 am that the assessment was completed. I called and selected the items I wanted to have completed, an injector clean and a fuel filter change. The service was completed Friday the 19th at 3pm. It really seemed like a long time for this to get done. I was a week without a truck. The truck is still slow/long starting. I'm not sure the service actually fixed the issue. More

Great As Always Had a great visit to the Don Davis service department as always. Mary Franco is awesome. We were there for our scheduled oil change and my husband a Had a great visit to the Don Davis service department as always. Mary Franco is awesome.
