Took long time to fix problem not asked for I took car in for oil change and "bumping" sound on right side of car. They changed oil but took two extra days to do something to transmission -- wi I took car in for oil change and "bumping" sound on right side of car. Quick and easy! My engine light was popping on. Made a call to Don Davis service. Spoke to Shannon and then Joe. They got me a loaner car and had the issue fixed with My engine light was popping on. Made a call to Don Davis service. Spoke to Shannon and then Joe. They got me a loaner car and had the issue fixed within a few hours. Got my car back the same day!! And I had no appointment! More

Long uncomfortable wait The wait time could be better . Once again , I went In for one thing and of course they gave me a list of things I needed for my car (I just purchase The wait time could be better . Once again , I went In for one thing and of course they gave me a list of things I needed for my car (I just purchased the car in june) So all these “issues” must have been there before and no one cared ... (Just make the sale huh ) One last thing , the guy who had my keys/ paperwork followed me to the cashier , and WAITED until my transaction went through. I felt weird about that , maybe they thought I wasn’t going to pay . The staff gives off funny vibes . More
