Poor communication throughout the time having my vehicle. I left multiple messages and did not get a timely response. Took at least a week for them to take a look at truck. Once they looked at it, they could not identify main issue and attempted to charge over $800 in other maintenance charges. They did identify a problem and got it fixed in a timely manner, was able to get it back to me in a day. When I did get my truck back, there was evidence of them abusing my vehicle. Truck was still in Track mode and paddle shifters were turned to on mode. Something I purposely had turned off. More
