The Sales associate (Gigi) was amazing and was the sole reason I went with this vehicle. The financing process was the worst I have ever encountered ranging from an insultingly high initial offer, to me h reason I went with this vehicle. The financing process was the worst I have ever encountered ranging from an insultingly high initial offer, to me having to explain the lease loyalty program includes non-GM vehicle leases, to them forgetting to take my down payment until I called back a few hours later asking about it. It actually required more than one call on my part to arrange for my payment to be taken. It was also not disclosed to me until I took delivery that the second key was 'missing'. Approximately 1-2 weeks after delivery I received a call from their title department telling me the temp plates they gave me and I had been driving with were void. After MULTIPLE calls and voice messages asking for a call back about how to get the missing key I received no callback. I had to physically drive back to the dealership to talk to someone in person. Fortunately, I was able to speak to Gigi again who went to the service center and got me an appointment to have a second key programmed. Servicing was great and got my second key programmed quickly. The financing experience potentially could be a training issue but there is no excuse for calls not being returned. I cannot in good faith recommend this particular dealership. More
