The purchase process itself was fine, but unfortunately everything afterward has been extremely frustrating. The vehicle was delivered without a full tank of diesel, and the DEF tank was also nearly emp everything afterward has been extremely frustrating. The windshield had a defect that required replacement, and as part of the purchase agreement, we had also arranged to exchange the running boards. I dropped the vehicle off six days after purchase to have these items addressed. Since then, communication with the service department has been exceptionally poor. Promised timelines have repeatedly been missed, agreed-upon plans have not been followed, and I have routinely been sent to voicemail without receiving a timely return call. I was also ultimately informed that the running boards I had been told would be installed are not actually compatible with the vehicle. I love the Z71 diesel and was satisfied with the sales experience, but the post-sale customer service has been extremely disappointing. Given how difficult it has been simply to communicate with the service department and get agreed-upon work completed on this brand new vehicle, in retrospect I would have purchased the vehicle from a different dealership.
