There were wires left hanging under the dash. I called to notify someone and was kept on hold for a substantial amount of time, leading me to hang up and try again. After getting through, and expressing the matter, the person on the other end was not sympathetic of the inconvenience nor was she apologetic. No manager was available to speak with. Wires are still unplugged due to my heavy work schedule so this comes as a great inconvenience seeing as how now I have to make another trip to the dealer to sit and wait. More

This has been one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. My mom has spent thousands of dollars here for the same issue, and the check engine light is still not fixed. Now they’ve had her car for n ever had. My mom has spent thousands of dollars here for the same issue, and the check engine light is still not fixed. Now they’ve had her car for nearly a month with nothing but excuses and almost no communication. They don’t return calls, and it feels like they’re taking advantage of her. I would strongly warn others to stay away from this service department. The service writer,Obrayan has had many excuses. She did pick her car up today, however, the check engine came back on and to top it off, tools that she kept in case of an emergency are missing. She has previously purchased two cars from here. Never again. We are going elsewhere. To add insult to injury, when she picked up her car today after having it for a month, they said there was no charge like they were doing her a favor. THEY owe her money back as she spent thousands to have it fixed and it's still not fixed! Do not go here for service! More

Miguel and others were very quick to get moving and make the process seamless. My total time from beginning to end was less than an hour.
