I called 4 Chevrolets dealerships within the DFW for key fob replacement availability and this was the only dealership that stated they could take me now! Professional Review of Clay Cooley Chrysler of Irving I recently brought my truck in for a recall on a transmission part, with the assurance that the warranty repair would be completed in about Irving I recently brought my truck in for a recall on a transmission part, with the assurance that the warranty repair would be completed in about two weeks or less. In reality, the repair dragged on for approximately one month and two weeks—an outrageous delay that disrupted my daily life. From the very beginning, the lack of communication was astounding. Despite this being a warranty repair, I was never offered a loaner vehicle. Instead, I was forced to spend over $2,000 on a rental truck that I desperately needed for work. Every call to the dealership resulted in vague responses and endless runarounds. It wasn’t until I persistently inquired that I even learned the name of my service advisor, Obrayan Nunez—a clear indication of how little customer care is prioritized. The situation deteriorated further when I finally returned to pick up my truck. I was absolutely appalled that they couldn’t even take two minutes to pull my truck up from their chaotic, enormous parking lot. Instead, I had to wander around with my luggage and backpack, fresh from a trip, while they fumbled to locate my vehicle. To add insult to injury, my truck wasn’t even washed upon return. Overall, the entire experience was marred by gross incompetence, severe delays, and a blatant disregard for customer time and convenience. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and I will never trust Clay Cooley Chrysler of Irving with my vehicle again. Consider this a warning to anyone seeking reliable and efficient service. More
