my service advisor David sucked. The office in whole had bad communication. I finally had an advisor Timothy come and gave me definite answers on my vehicle. It was a total 180 from the service I was getting before with david. Would very much not recommend any one i like to get serviced here unless it was guaranteed Tim would be in charge. More

Post sale care almost non-existent and what care is offered is slow to materialize. For what I'm paying for a "new" vehicle, I expected better. This is the first vehicle I bought, out of 8, where I felt worse after the purchase and not better. Aren't you supposed be happy? My brother bought a Chevrolet Colorado a few years ago and his salesman, who he really enjoyed, STILL contacts him to ask how he and his truck are doing! THIS is how car buying is supposed to be. I didn't get that this time. I was made to feel like I wasn't good enough to make the purchase I wanted. That's a strange tactic. More
