When it came time to buy the used car for the price stated online, I was given a quote that included a $2500 "Family Guarantee Warranty" that basically covered minor cosmetic issues for 12 months. Asked them to drop that off since I wasn't interested. They said it couldn't be dropped and was included with every car. Funny how they never mentioned it until it was time to buy. The price you see online is nowhere near the price you'll pay. Pastor Lovo and his sales manager Cliff reminded me of how much I hate dealing with dishonest car dealers so I thank them for that. I'll stick with private sellers in the future. Less lies and xx that way. I see I'm not the only one that's not too fond of this place. Stay away!!
