I was greeted by Ralph upon arrival and explained what I wanted. Although the color I wanted was not at the dealership on Saturday, Ralph said one was supposed to be delivered Monday. Early Monday I receiv wanted. Although the color I wanted was not at the dealership on Saturday, Ralph said one was supposed to be delivered Monday. Early Monday I received a call that the vehicle I wanted was delivered and drove away in it Monday evening. Ralph walked me through all the features and apps making sure I was set up with everything before leaving the dealership. This was the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a vehicle. My advisor Anika was really great. I had allot of concerns which she help me resolve. I returned after picking up my car with a screw in a tire and the service manager actually came ou I had allot of concerns which she help me resolve. Always hate going to the dealership and having to deal with my car issues, always had a not so good experience. However I had to lave a review after this time, took my tahoe for some work and it has been with my car issues, always had a not so good experience. However I had to lave a review after this time, took my tahoe for some work and it has been the best experience I've had so far. Have to name out Jason Rascon our advisor, he explained everything clear and was straight and truthful with us. Told us about other things truck need work on but didn't try to oversell us like it has been my experience in other times. Also had my car back the same day, am very surprised and glad for that. They always want to keep my car for like a week or so. Hope this is a change for the better. Thanks again Jason Rascon, you show what a real dealership should be.
