Clay Cooley Chevrolet - Service Center

I have tried several months to get work done on my car I purchased in July 2022. I needed a loaner car to leave my car in service, I was told they didn’t have any available mind u I have been trying all the purchased in July 2022. I needed a loaner car to leave my car in service, I was told they didn’t have any available mind u I have been trying all these months now today I am told there is a waiting list to get a loaner but I have to leave my car to get on the list so I would still be without a car while my car is being worked on. Is that not the dumbest thing u have ever heard. So I ask to speak to service manager. I wait outside in 24 degree temp for at least 20 min and he never comes out. I finally leave. I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do now! I really wonder if Clay Cooley himself knows how poor his service depts are More

This dealership is the worst they will mess up the parts and lie so you will have to pay. I got a brand new radiator and and a month after my car ran hot again and they damage the radiator and said they did and lie so you will have to pay.
