If I can give this place 0 stars I wouldn’t think twice about it. When my boyfriend first went to the dealership everything was fine till it wasn’t. We live in Houston and bought this vehicle here because about it. When my boyfriend first went to the dealership everything was fine till it wasn’t. We live in Houston and bought this vehicle here because he was looking for a specific type of truck. This $100k truck immediately had issues but they told him it was an update only. When we arrived to Houston he took the truck to a Ram dealership close to the house and was told it was sensor issues and other electrically problems. They have refused to answer multiple calls for the past two months and it’s not like we can just show up due to the 3 hours drive to get there. No matter how many times he’s call to get some assistance no one seems to call back or care to return ANY calls. He signed for 3 free oils changes and asked specifically if he can go to any Ram dealership for those changes and Jorge from finance said YES. This came out to be completely false because the Ram dealership where he took the truck to get diagnosed including one out of state stated they cannot find anything regarding this. He’s asked Cesar from Customer Relations several times if he can receive a copy of the registration and documentation of proof of purchase and have yet to receive anything. They only gave him one license plate knowing very well in the state of Texas you are required to be given two which their title department should know. He’s been stopped by officers already asking why he only has one plate. So if he gets a citation we WILL BE expecting compensation. Everyone who worked on his deal seems to no longer work there and we see why. This dealership is a complete joke and we will be coming up there soon if we don’t get any answers. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle here best believe they are not transparent at all. You will be screwed over and lied to your face. More

I saw a Grand Cherokee online for a great price. I called the dealership and ask if it was still available. Christian said it was and that he would have it ready in the VIP area to come test drive.
