The entire experience with Dallas Dodge service department was as good as to be expected with what I had done...Customer Service, Quality of work, Friedliness of the employees was all very acceptab department was as good as to be expected with what I had done...Customer Service, Quality of work, Friedliness of the employees was all very acceptable... the only item I found to be not up to what I expected was when my vehicle was returned, after I paid for the repair and was handed the keys, I had to spend several minutes looking for it parked against the south side fence...in the cashiers defense she did tell me if the vehicle was not directly outside to let her know and it would be brought up... but in the grand scheme of things that was not a big deal in my eyes... also...the Hispanic female cashier that waited on me was very friendly and did explain the work that was performed...
